We would like to invite you to submit yourself for approval through ZADA through our new system. The system is aimed at simplifying the process for all involved but placing the ownership of submitting evidence on yourself the rider.
Please ensure all your information is accurate and when referring to Power Meters and Trainers please provide the correct Manufacturer, Model and Firmware Number when available. All this information will make the process more streamlined.
Regarding your evidence of performance, we ask you to take your time in selecting which information you would like to present. This is a one-time opportunity due to our approvers being volunteers and the amount of riders we have submitting data. We also believe that if your data is correct and accurate, you should not have any trouble in submitting the correct information to support your performance to us.
If you have a Power Meter you must submit real life power numbers using “Using uploaded .fit Files” to bring up the option to upload files. Please select the best .fit files you have for each critical power zone you have. If you cannot provide evidence for each one then you may duplicate files with the one you feel is most appropriate but please submit a file for each.
If you do not have Power Meter, you must select “Using public Strava activity links” to submit Strava activities you feel would most appropriately cover the required critical power zones. If you cannot provide evidence for each one then you may duplicate activates with the one you feel is most appropriate but please submit an activity for each.
(Please note that submissions with Power Meters will have assessment priority)
The levels of approval will fall under the following:
- Evidence matches Zwift Performance – Approved
- Evidence falls below Zwift Performance – Handicap to appropriate level from evidence
- No Evidence then handicapped to lower boundary of A Cat e.g. 4.0W/kg.
